Growth Path

Introduction

Growth Path is a 3-month journey we take together to develop the mindsets and skills necessary to reach the goals that you desire for yourself. It will require your focus, intention, and effort to produce lifelong results. The morning and evening steps you will read are designed to draw your attention away from things that drag you down and toward your goals, established in your values. 

 

We invite you to be a part of our community of people seeking healing and growth who can walk alongside each other during this journey. 

 

Program details:

  • Scheduling a morning and evening reminder to read each step and journal your responses.

  • Practicing the mindfulness skills every morning before leaving bed to set the pace for your day and reflecting on the blessings from your day each night. 

  • Developing a Growth Plan of your goals, coping strategies, and morning and evening routines to remind you of healthy ways to live.
